And this is how I created it
Stamp you main focal areas, and then mask the area. I used masking tissue.
Smooch Distress Oxides onto your surface, (I started in my journal, but ended up removing the page and
Turned it into a card), and spritz with water.
The stamp I used is Hydrangea from Rubber Dance (one which I designed)
Dry your page thoroughly and then with a word stamp or your chosen words, (mine is from another stamp set designed by me for a Rubber Dance
Called Joy in a Jar) and versamark stamp all over your background. I chose to change the direction each time. Try not to overlap, then sprinkle with white embossing powder and heat until it melts.
Remove the tissue paper and colour your flowers, I used Artist Pitt Pens. I chose to add a very dark blue to the negative space between the petals which creates a great contrast of colour. Once dry I added white highlights.
To finish, I typed the words (slightly larger than the stamp onto white card, cut them out and adhered them with glue.
Hope you are inspired to play along as you could be the lucky winner and receive £20 to spend in the fabulous store.
Take care everyone and I’ll see you soon
Hugs xx
