Happy New Year

A warm welcome to everyone today, and Happy New Year to you all. It's been a difficult year for many of us personally as well as what has been happening around the world, but I've decided 2017 is going to be fabulous, and to kick it off we have a a great new challenge at Country View Crafts  chosen by the lovely Brenda.

The theme Anything goes is always a popular one, so come on have a go this month and you could win £20 to spend in the shop.

My creation for this month is a journal page.

I used lots of layers and different Stencils but the main ones were Kim Dellows for Paper Artsy and also Seth Apter's again for Paper Artsy.

The central feature is from Everything Art for Paper Artsy stamped on the plain square pieces and painted with Water colours (sennellier)

For The background  I used Dina Wakley heavy bodied paint as I wanted lots of texture.

There are lots more inspiration over on the challenge blog so I hope you can pop over and have a look!

Take care as always

  1. Great page Debs, I like the idea of the image split in different squares, with the black outline it looks like a window!
