Journal page

Morning everyone hope you are all well this Sunday morning. I'm so looking forward to my hols that begin next Saturday as we're off to the Peak District for two whole weeks, bliss. In the meantime I'd like to share what I created yesterday at my workshop for Birds in the Barn yesterday.    
 
 I love the bright colours and thought I'd enter it into Anything but Cute as their current challenge is Crazy for Colour.

I have no step outs of this, but the sample I created for the workshop was created in the same way so I'll show that.

 
 
 
 
 
Materials used Heavy bodied acrylic - Dina Wakley for Ranger Tinting base - Decoart  Clear texture paste - Finnibair for Prima Texture brushes - Finnibair for Prima Portfolios- Crayola  Black acrylic ink.  

The ladies created some fantastic art which I'm showing below

 

 

 

 
 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Aren't they all fabulous, we had a fab time and were well looked after by Karen and Sue, thank you all for a great day.

My next journal day is April 9th which I'm looking forward too. See you all back later for a little surprise. Shh here's a clue, it's in collaboration with Mixed Media World who I am lucky enough to design for each month...

    Fabulous pages, and happy faces! your next class is the Saturday of Ally Pally so may miss you there this time, not sure if I'm going on the Sunday too yet :(

    Looks like everyone had a fun time and it's so cool that you are able to create together with friends! Wonderful bold and bright colors you used and the different layers add so much movement to your design. Your stamped sentiment is so true and awesome sauce! Fantabulous design!
